Fine cooking and big flavours combine with seasonality in our 4 star hotel’s gastronomic restaurant. In "Les Jardins du Cellier", lunches are served marrying wonderful smells and colours in a sumptuous buffet service, or served ‘à la carte’ in the Lounge Bar. In the evenings, our menus are devised by our talented chef to feature his gastronomic cuisine based on products sourced from the French regions.
Everything is imbued with a desire for harmony, and we are passionate about fine dining. Our attentive staff, subtly-flavoured dishes, grand crus and lesser vintages all come together to create an extraordinary sense of well-being and relaxation when you stay in our 4 star hotel in the Ile de France region.
The chef and his faithful, highly-qualified and passionate team enjoy challenging themselves to create new recipes. The highly attentive service works harmoniously alongside to complete the pleasure of experiencing different tastes and making new discoveries.
When the weather is fine, ‘Le Cellier’ opens out onto a huge terrace alongside the swimming pool. Incidentally, we can make a small lounge private for exclusive business dining and family meetings.
